SMS Terms

These SMS Terms cover text messages from Colton Holland, operating under the business name Vertical Apps ("Vertical Apps," "we," "us," or "our"). Texting is a separate, optional program. These SMS Terms are not part of the Vertical Apps Terms of Service, and accepting the Terms of Service does not sign you up for texts.
1. Texting Is Optional
You get texts from Vertical Apps only if you choose to opt in. You never have to agree to texts to use our website, contact us, apply, book or attend a call, buy anything, or get support.
Giving us a phone number, submitting a form, booking a call, or accepting our Terms of Service is not consent to texts. Leaving the texting choice blank means no texts.
2. How You Opt In
You opt in only by selecting a separate, optional texting checkbox or consent question that names Vertical Apps and explains these messages. Today that choice appears on the Contact form and on Vertical Apps call application forms, such as the AI Founder Round Table application. Each one can be skipped and still be submitted.
3. What We Text
Messages are non-marketing customer-care texts about the request you made. They include replies to your inquiry, information you asked for, call confirmations, call reminders, Zoom links, rescheduling or cancellation details, and direct answers to your questions.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program. Any marketing text program would need its own separate, optional opt-in with its own disclosure.
4. Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies. For a booked call, you can expect a confirmation and up to two reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details. Vertical Apps does not charge a fee for texts.
5. Stop and Help
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. We also honor CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or any other message that clearly asks us to stop. You may get one final message confirming you are opted out.

6. Eligibility, Your Number, and Delivery
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in. Only opt in with a mobile number you own or regularly use, and tell us if you stop using it.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
